Hospitality/ Brewers Apprentice

An old villa in central Palmerston North was transformed by BKB Team Architects into a sophisticated restaurant and bar.

The character and history of the old building including original brick fireplaces have been used to help tell the story of the ‘Brewer’s Apprentice’ and the Monteiths brand.

The result is a choice for clientele between small intimate spaces, the larger main bar that flows through to a sheltered outdoor deck and barbeque area.
