An iconic project in Hamilton’s sub-industrial hinterland. This project for new commercial offices, workshops, and industrial yard combined a mix of often separate activities for a Hamilton based construction company. The design focus for the project was the administration spaces for the company and provided an opportunity to showcase technical expertise in timber and concrete construction. Features include polished concrete floors, polished and patterned precast wall panels, steel and precast concrete stairs, cedar plank screening and frameless atrium glazing.
