A north Hamilton zoned industrial site, coupled with a National car Sales Franchise Design Brief, has resulted in a highly visible statement building for this, Hamilton Head Office Team.

The requirement to merge a distinctive corporate colour palette into a building composition for sixty people, has resulted a building design solution which incorporates the ‘Lime Green’ Alucobond modular panels into the predominantly tinted glazed two storey perimeter skin.

Vehicle display, both internally and externally, merge with the two levels of management offices and reception/client waiting areas, in an internal flow that is exposed to the daily east to west sun cycle. This is further aided and protected by the extended north roof planes which screen and filter the solar penetration, yet still provide the twenty four hour call centre staff with the extended views out into the east, north and west countryside panorama.
