As studio manager, Kyle leads from the front with his great work ethic and attention to detail. Genuine and frank with a dry wit, he is a welcoming and empathetic team member who effectively manages the practice and mentors new staff. He works well with consultants and is known for his excellent ongoing relationships with his clients.

A natural problem-solver and with expertise in project management he enjoys collaborating on projects with emphasis on quality delivery and creative outcomes. Kyle has a broad range of experience from residential developments through to sports stadiums, industrial, workplace design and large mix use and accommodation projects.

Locally, he has worked in Taranaki, Kapiti and Wellington on projects including the Paraparaumu College refurbishment, The Capital apartment buildings in Oriental Bay, Coaltown Museum Westport, Novotel Hobson Hotel, New Plymouth, and Fraserpark Sportsville in Lower Hutt.

In 2005, Kyle spent two years in London with award-winning architecture, urbanism and design practice Broadway Malyan. Among his notable projects during that time are residential and mixed-use developments at Canada Water, Imperial Wharf and Battersea Reach.

He respects design in a modern environment, enjoys using new state-of-the-art construction materials, and thrives on the challenge of making buildings smarter in this technology-driven era.

Beyond work, Kyle likes spending time with his two daughters, and enjoys basketball and snowboarding.
