A Community Centre set within a retirement village, with associated Function Room, Library, Meeting, Office and Administration spaces, all linked to a Gymnasium and Workshop facilities. Skinned in Hinuera stone and Colorsteel, this simple, single level structure is centrally positioned inside a new forty six unit village campus, with densely landscaped pedestrian and vehicle links.
