We’re absolutely thrilled to share that Lath House—a collaboration between TEAM Architects and 242AM Architects—has been named a Finalist at the World Architecture Festival 2026!
What excites us most is the opportunity to put Manawatū and Palmerston North on the global architectural map.
This November, Agneesh & Monika will be presenting the project LIVE in Florida, proudly flying the flag for Aotearoa New Zealand.
A heartfelt thank you to Palmerston North City Council for believing in our partnership and trusting us with this incredible opportunity.
