Conceived as a contemporary take on traditional terrace forms, these homes overlooking a large reserve in Millwater stand out for all the right reasons amongst the otherwise conservative Millwater suburban environment.
The project consists of two blocks of terrace homes including 2, 3 and 4 bedroom typologies. Parking is provided via a rear access lane, allowing unobstructed street frontages.
Viewing the terraces as a collective thread of built fabric, the individual houses create a regular rhythm that alternates between projecting and recessive forms. These accentuate the placement of windows and the articulation of materials and colour.
